Divergence
The Schools and Systems of Human Design, Compared
One transmission. Within a single generation, a field of competing and complementary systems. Divergence is the first sourced map of all of them, set side by side.
Human Design arrived through one man. What grew from it did not stay one thing. Divergence maps the lineages that branched from Ra Uru Hu’s original system, author by author, the same ten points for each, so a reader can finally see the whole field on one screen and compare it line for line.
It covers the canon (Jovian Archive and the IHDS); the major divergent systems: Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys, Karen Curry Parker’s Quantum Human Design, Chetan Parkyn’s popular line, Eleanor Haspel-Portner’s Noble Sciences; the national lineage teachers, German, Austrian, British, and Spanish-speaking, who built the institutional, software, and translation base; the app, coaching, and podcast popularizers who carried it to mass audiences; and the critics who mark the field’s outer boundary.
This is reference, not polemic. Each entry keeps separate what the public record establishes, what an author says of their own work, and what that work claims in its own terms. Sources are public and linkable. Nothing here adjudicates whether any version is true; the aim is to show accurately what each one is, where it came from, and how it differs from the others, including the finding the field itself makes plain: the people who carried Human Design furthest were not the keepers of the canon but the students who reframed it.
Every entry is verified against current public sources and brought up to date through 2026. For students, teachers, and historians who want the map instead of the marketing, Divergence is the companion volume to ZENO and The Voice on Ibiza, and it stands on its own.
